Published on 05/17/03 at 15:00I got this unit at a Music and Arts center for $300, which was a better deal for what they had it at Guitar Center.
I don't like this amp, I love it!!! I love the onboard effects, especially the flange, delay and reverb. Even though it's a 50 watt amp, it's definitly loud enough for gigging, or practicing with your buds. With this amp, I can get anything ranging from low-down, knitty-gritty blues, to a classic rock tone, to in-your-face heavy metal. This one of the best versatile amps on the market!
There is nothing about this amp that I don't like, I love it all!!!
If it wasn't durable, it wouldn't be a Marshall.
Overall, I love everything about this amp. This is a great versatile amp that can play anything from heavy metal to blues, and everything in between. If you looking for an inexpensive, yet quality amp from Marshall, that is soft enough to practice in the midnight hours, but can really deliver a punch for gigs, than this is the amp for you. Marshalls for everyone!!!
