bought it new at musiquemax in rosemere. Paid 185$, saw good reviews on the net...
The amp cranks a good punch when solicitated but that's about it...for a 15 watt...
The whole rest of the amp sucks! It's got an 8 inch inside and it's like it's got a 4 inch... I had to open it to isolate the inside of the cab because the bass just doesn't cut it even with the knob fully up!
cheap wood basically but the general finish is good.
I thought this was a good deal... what a rip off! if you use a digitech multi-effect pedal, it sounds ok but otherwise, forget it. You can get better 15 watt amps out there, probably for a couple of bucks less. The sound is just not that inspiring. I heard an orange tube head on a marshall 410 bottom and it was a banger!!! It's a question of taste but to me these combos are not worth buying.
The Orange Crush 15 is transistor amplifier of 15 watts. It features a guitar input jack and a headphone output. It has 2 channels: Clean and Overdrive switchable by switch selection. The settings are: Low, Mid, High EQ and for the Master Level (overdrive), the volume gain.
Orange Crush 15 is an affordable amp on. It is very easy to use and gives a more than adequate for its size. The user manual and a small sheet of glossy paper and nothing more.
Do not rely on its size because this combo gives its relatively clean and even "hot" without lamps. I use this amp with an Epiphone Les Paul Custom Gold and a Stratocaster. I think this amp and relatively versatile.
Excellent value for money. Its great for a combo of this size. Orange quality even for a small amp. Too bad there is no decision to spend his footswich clean to overdrive.
