Langevin Dual Vocal ComboPublished on 10/31/08 at 16:00
It is an exteremely affordable *stereo unit. All of the features are user friendly. After a week of owning the unit, the left side meter light broke. Aside from that it sounds great for the price

    Price paid: $1480-

    UTILIZATION

Super easy to use. Manual doesn't even have to be touched.

    SOUND QUALITY

The Mic-Pre's are solid-state, yet round and fat sounding w/ High and Low filter EQ's. There are two inline LA-2A type compressors that work great. Doesn't sound as good as a neve or focusrite, but it's quality surpasses most producer packs for this price. The unit is made by manley audio... nuff said!

    OVERALL OPINION

It seems very durable, but the meter light broke within one week. The unit is red and looks like the russian spaceship sputnik, haha... knob's are sturdy...

I do love this piece of gear and don't see myself ever selling it. Who wouldn't love a stereo "all-in-one" unit for under $1500 bucks.
