im using a
M Audio mobile usb pre-amp
Studio Projects b3 microphone
cool edit pro


anyways my problems is that when i record i can hear alot of "air"..i mean my mic is EXTREMELY sensitive
i was told that this mic was good for vocal recordings, but i want to use to record rap vocals specifically..

also when i record it record one channel instead of 2 :mad:


anyone know what i should do?!

For the "air" thing, try a pop filter, like this:

Or, get a dynamic mic instead of a condenser. Might be better suited for your vocal style. Try one of these:

So far as only recording on one side, how do you have it hooked up and how are you running it into your computer? My bet ios that all you need to do is pan the recorded track to the center....

i think its jus extremly sensitive
i can sniff 2 meters away it'll pick it up!
