Sample Clearance [Need Help]

I have an issue upon myself. I have several tracks done...4 to be exact...and the beats purchased have a sample used in them. The Producer explained sample clearance will need to be done in order to get commercial releases and radio air play etc. Now my issue...where can I get this done? How do I get it done? Where can I pickup a contract and how much exactly will the clearance be? Much help would be appreciated.
