I'll buy M-Audio audiophile usb. Do I need pream for guitar an vocal recordink. I'll record guitar with mic infront of guitar amp. And if I need pream which do you sugest?

You will need a preamp if you want to plug in the line input and/or if you use a condenser microphone.

You should take a look at the Mobile Pre by M-audio which is both a preamp and a soundcard at a very affordable price:
