This probably isn't gonna be what you want to hear, but there are so many potential variables between the mic, the beats, your voice, your talent level, your vocal technique, that there is really no way someone could just say "use these settings".
What I would suggest is that you spend some time reading and learn how a compressor works, and how a noise gate works, and how a de-esser works, and what all the parameters are. Then spend some time playing with them and listening to how each one sounds (after you learn what they do).
