UTILIZATION

- Channel super fast highway.
Usability-very good, stomach cut on the back of the guitar body permetant be comfortable standing or sitting.
- Channel Crossing profile c very fine full-length. Access to acute, neck junction (24 cases) special body, the best I have had (I have Ibanez and other Charvel yet).
Radius Plate built for speed and shred stick but do not strain your left hand for the chords in rhythmic as some Ibanez.
-The sound quality achieved quickly because Jackson pickups are good and are not screaming in distortion and quite round in sounds. Its fairly typical medium 80. Metal distortion 80 (Maiden, van halen etc.) and crystal clear sounds hard ways FM 80 (TOTO, etc.). The sound is super clean, maybe a little too much for fans sounds more "ROOTS".

SOUNDS

-Admit my style of music (Hard melodic metal, prog rock).
For modern metal with carved mediums they will change the pickups by EMG, but it would be a shame this guitar beautiful mediums who "sing" solo.
Very clean and crystal clear sound (Hard and Prog Rock fm 80s TOTO YES etc.)
-The active preamp boost medium (9v battery) the intended rather to be connected to a good all-tube amp or hybrid.
In a plug-in or a pedal to modeling it less responsive.

CAUTION 2 microphones single size (medium and severe) are actually micro Bi-level (two superimposed coils) to avoid the buzz single, they are closer to that of traditional single humbucker sound level.

OVERALL OPINION

Excellent value for money, not producing more than the guitar is in the time between 600 and 800 euros depending on the state (it was worth $ 1100 Charvel catalog 1990).
When we see an equivalent Ibanez (made in Japan Fujigen) Satriani Vai Jem, RG Prestige, worth 1500 euros spent in 2000.

This is a guitar legend collectible and especially to play.
I remake that choice without any hesitation.
