UTILIZATION
The handle is very nice, finishes honest, the regulars will recognize the strat. Obviously the weight of the guitar is Reduce, which is extremely pleasant and the instrument is perfectly balanced.
Access to the treble is a stratum to 21 fret no more, no less ...
It leads to the question "Do you get easily a good sound ?"...
I say yes and no. You have to have this guitar for a while and know perfectly able to judge it fairly.
I have 2 signature model Fender Tom Delonge and I have the first since 2004.
So those who say she is not versatile at all, I want to tell them: You do not know what you mean. Because, by knowing this guitar, can play a lot more than what we think in the light as it initially. Even if we bear in mind this is a special model that is designed for precise style.
Those who say the clean sound is so rotten, like this! Obviously when you buy it, one suspects that it is NOT set. So, as you might expect, we can not get the real potential. I assure you that with a good set (especially micro) can get clean sounds wonderful ..
For all that is overdrive, distortion and other sounds more or less saturated, it is easier, there's nothing to do is already perfect. I get beautiful clean tones and distorted sounds impeccable, all with beautiful harmonics. (For me, played on a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe Limited Edition Red Wine through a Tech 21 California pedal for a more suitable distortion, the sound in my ears, simply phenomenal)
Again, it is intended for a particular style but it can be very good in other styles but before the judge, one must know the address and solve its preamps etc. ...
OVERALL OPINION
I bought the first in 2004.
I can not say I've tried "a lot" of models, but I had the opportunity to play on other models (strats, les paul etc ...) and this is the model that I like most.
The only tiny flaw I find in him what would be the volume knob that I have a few strings still further.
The quality / price is, I think, very good. Especially since these models are small-to-small value!
If I could, j'an buy 10! Obviously I would do this choice.
