Fender Select Stratocaster HSS

Guitar made "obviously" in the USA, finishing exeptional with very good craftsmanship. The handle birdseyes even if it is just an aesthetic add a layer to remind us that we are in the high end. It has a C very nice lover which comes in cruex hand. The key is rosewood and is set with 22 jumbo frets medium.
The body is alder "select", it is a high quality wood, a quality that is found on the table in maple flamed the most beautiful effect that perfectly finished guitar.
The electronics is made to select the range, we therefore select two singles and a double as select which will be discussed later their characteristics.
Note the small medallion select the back of the head, even if the say, useless, is the most beautiful effect! We also note that the guitar comes with a vintage G & G cases ultra strong and very good quality.

UTILIZATION

Above all it must be said, I've always played on the LP and, slap level playing comfort
The handle C is very simple to access, very classic, I appreciate the fact that we feel the guitar although some prefer the sleeves ultra wizard dishes like ... matter of taste!
Access to acute, very classic, not cutting heel is a little mess on the latest frets anyway but it is very decent and once one has used the beast is easily lead.
The guitar is very light, even with back problems past I had no problem playing long standing.

Settings for the guitar tone volume is very simple neck and bridge, everything is well done. The volume knob is very well done, very well balanced, easy to get clear sounds crunch or distortion only with it (eg on back from cali slash)

SOUNDS

I play a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe III with a pedal in mudhoney of T Rex.
Versatility I am! So there amazed me, who had this guitar for its sound is crystalline and Fenderien even in distortion ca password and password ca very well. Twice gives a more accurate and therefore obviously but both are very simple work, AND in plain distortion. My setup with me twice gives a very Maiden distortion, clear sound is very classic, great body, I am very familiar with humbuckers and I'm not disappointed. I was a little afraid to take a double Fender, and many huge mistake it is very very good.
The single coil pickups give a crystal clear sound while slamming least in standard, but very clean. The crunch is énormissime in blues, with very little gain is achieved transcendent sounds! They spend as mentioned in distortion, the grain remains that of a simple so you must love still ...
The microphones have a system preventing them from background noise so the parasites etc are forgetting, no worries!
There is thus a very versatile sound AND excel in all areas which is quite rare (note that I'm not talking about the metal Pantera or other course)

OVERALL OPINION

I have the guitar since November and I do not loose more! I hesitated a lot with '57 stratocaster but it was not found in store ...
I love this guitar already by his appearance, very beautiful, very well worked one feels upscale Fender as well as the CS (yes ...)
It is important to price but if you can feel it worth its price!
Big fan of LP since always, or even sometimes critic strats, select the converted and convinced me, if it again I would not hesitate for a second!
