Ibanez has announced a limited edition reissue of its RG-770DX.
With its matching color body, knobs, headstock, USA-made DiMarzio/IBZ pickups and sharktooth inlays, the basswood-bodied RG770DX represented according to Ibanez the philosophy of metal excess in the early 90's. This reissue features a five-piece maple/walnut construction neck based on the original thin and flat Wizard neck which was designed to ensure fastest play.
Crafted in Japan, this RG-770DX reissue will be available in laser blue or ruby red finish. It is announced at an MSRP of $1733.32—a price that includes a deluxe hardshell case.
