This is a great guitar. The body is solid, and awesome looking. It has 24 jumbo-frets, and the neck is slightly fatter than other guitars I've played, which makes it alot easier to play. It also has dual humbuckers, which sound just as awesome clean as distorted. This guitar has one of the smoothest, warmest tones to it while clean, but also has the ability to crunch with the best of 'em when you wanna rock out. Another suprising thing was the lack of feedback the pickups have. It's almost silent when not playing, even when plugged through a distortion box.
Honestly, there isn't anything that comes to mind I don't like. It is a little on the heavy side, so make sure a comfortable strap is used.
It has a basic strat-shape to it, but it's got enough width to it to make it obviously different. It's well-made all around, the neck is solid, and even the string that came on it were great. I haven't had any problems with it at all so far...it hardly even goes out of tune!
Basically, this is a great mid-range guitar. It's versatile, and solid...well worth the money. Schecter is also known for having great customer service, and the guitar is backed by a lifetime guarantee. You really can't get anything better for the money.
