Published on 04/15/09 at 10:26I use the K240 monitor for 1 month and I find it pretty nice. The sound is quite equilibrated across as only the bass is a little increase, but everything else is straight into the treble. The dynamics are good trs, The definition is correct without more, and stro poses no problem.
The K240 monitor goes well for a COST-fi system, but beware of low to the mix because they are slightly accentuated. Once you know the problem we know how serious dose.
I compared my beyerdynamic dt911 dt931 and and my Sennheiser HD600, and on the basis of a laser Onkyo DX-706 and on my computer with a amplicasque rega ear.
I used to touch a little over 50 euros and it is a good thing because the sound quality is really good just to see c'tait.
