I did that for several days but it is sufficient to form an opinion.

MODELS essays before making a choice:
APRS is a good two hours of comparative cost in stores (thank you Magma), not without difficulty that I opt for a HD 650. Testing other models: 990T Beyer, HD 600, HD 580, HD 595. (A quick test of the AKG K701 in Cobra, a direct comparison with the HD650, which I could not do)

For me, only the HD650, HD600 and Beyer 990T stood out. Prices range sennheiser are related to the quality articles, so I was looking for that "bargain" of the HD580, I quickly review my budget to rise.

My impressions:
The HD600 sounds more "acoustic" than the HD650, the acute-mdium are open without staining, and it has a trs good impression of the live, the voices come out beautifully, and highs are silky. Unfortunately, this is the price of a lack of precision in the low or even in mdiums. I have heard many more dtails the HD650 and om the power of a symphony orchestra taient best followed on the HD650.

Albums tests would cost to get l: Stacey Kent, "Breakfast on the Morning Tram," Jamiroquai "Travelling Without Moving," and Brahms, Piano Concerto n1, Berlin Philharmonic, Simon Rattle, K . Zimerman, piano.

I like the Jamiroquai album as rich trs all, but in low frequencies. It was he who made me look for the HD650 DEFINITIONS plutt his little ERRF. And in a SETTING THE miking and mixing, attention to ears, nothing can exhaust.

Attention to the choice of the source and headphone amp, because for me, the HD650 is less neutral (hlas, o 8 / 10) that the HD600, it must be given a high-end electronic apprcier really. Next step: the headphone amplifier tube.

Oh, I forgot another dtail: ct finishing, the HD650 cable trs me a good impression. To see over time.
