A lot of great reviews with regard to functionality, however, now these are starting to age - I thought it was a good time to show how to repair one the most common problems - a failing data encoder!

YAMAHA AN200

Exit (1 Stro Jack L (mono) and R, 1 Headphone Jack, MIDI IN and OUT).

UTILIZATION

The AN200 trs and easy to use, Fast Fashion is principally made in the simple rhythmic loop.
The most difficult part synthse and control but once All parameters are acquired we take a real pleasure to do with her.

All functions are clearly accessible.
The PC editor allows to make backups of pattern users.
The instructions and perfectly clear and Submitted.

SOUNDS

The AN200 is a drum pattern electro, techno.

OVERALL OPINION

I have used it for two years, it only took me two weeks to master compltement.
This is the synthse I love this machine and a good kick or two yamaha acid.

I think keep it still a good time, I can not do without it, I use it in all my Lives.

- A "keyboard" an octave does not grant the achte VLOC but not a. ..
- 256 + presets including 128 users a sound, its variation, a drum pattern and a pattern of modulation of the sound.
- The main effect: to add an overdrive distortion on percussion, leads, ...
- Each pattern has four tracks: 3 and battery of a synth.

UTILIZATION

OVERALL OPINION

Do I Rasht one if I am flying? No, I would walk the insurance. Very good for the party Analog Modeling Synths very powerful (you can see not too much difference with a real analog filter if it is a lighter and a grain almost Absent n'alterne nothing but render the Machine), but the rhythm is not! better to have a nice little drum machine next.

UTILIZATION

L, editing sounds in my opinion is the only black point of the machine. Indeed it must pass through an editor software to edit the sounds in depth ... Excluding this one does not work on Snow Leopard. Did not want to invest in an expensive midiquest I used pre-existing sounds that I change to my taste with the knobs of the facade and that's not bad.

The manual is very well made and can gradually sink into the bowels of the machine.

SOUNDS

The sound! Impressive! The colors are interresting with dynamic bass hallucinating. We really raproche the analog sound for a ridiculously low price. I can regret the polyphony limit and look a little cheap. The onboard effects are effective but somewhat limited in terms of the editing parameters.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a year mainly as a synth. Groove box as I did not find the component with practice is laborious. on the other hand sounds are impressive and quite unique. Currently I work more with virusB. I do not think I'll sell it, its financial value is well below its sound quality.
