I have a very fundamental home set up that I'm looking to improve gradually given economic provisions. I am recording on Cool Edit/Cubase. I have a standard 4 track mixer and a rather sophisticated microphone. What I'm I am trying to accomplish is a professional/studio engineered sound and that has eluded me thus far.
