Hi this is my first post,i wish it was just a simple intro but i've got an annoying problem im trying to solve.
I have practicaly brand new sr-16 that powers up fine everything else seems smooth to only all the sounds come out so distorted you could hardly recognise them,ive tried everything but to no avail.
please help

What are you listening to it with? If you had it plugged into the wrong impedence (i.e. a mic input rather than a line input), it would be distorted as you describe.
