Channel C-profile, 21 frets medium jumbo, maple neck, 60th anniversary plate, micro USA 51, tailpiece and six bridges crossing, four selector positions: Position 1: bridge pickup, position 2: neck and bridge pickups, 3 position: neck pickup, Position 4: neck pickup and bridge Parallel (boost the sound volume and thickness).
A simple but reliable electronics and a beautiful violin.

UTILIZATION

Channel classical and lovely nail it right, slides perfectly. Very good performance of the instrument standing or sitting. on the other hand rather heavy. Good access to acute. In sound is simple and effective, one volume, one tone.

SOUNDS

The clear sound is typical of the Telecaster, slamming or sharp depending on the position of the selector. In it's crunch blues at will, warm and dynamic. Distortion in it pierces the mix right away, it is a pure delight. No need to look a long time for setting out clearly in a group.
It is positioned better in a mix that my Lag Roxanne 1000 Master But that is a killer in its genre.

OVERALL OPINION

A classic that bridges the gap between the original versions and modernity (6 saddle points).
A guitar that I regret and now accompanies me on most of my pieces. Tremendous efficiency.

The Fender 60th Anniversary Telecaster was released in 2011 by Fender to commemorate 60 years of the Fender Telcaster guitar being in production. For the most part it's fairly similar to the standard American Tele. It features an ash body, a maple neck with a maple fretboard, 22 frets, standard Fender tuners, a typical Telecaster bridge with six saddles (a-la a Strat)and Fender pickups with a typical Tele control layout. It was built in the USA alongside the other Standard model Fenders and priced just a tad higher than the regular model. It really looks great and feels like a Tele should, but with some improvements.

UTILIZATION

The design of this guitar is not too bad. It's not as ergonomic as a Strat or superstrat and certainly adheres more to the school of classic Telecaster design. As a result there are no body contours and no real attempt to make it more streamlined than a classic Tele. Things like the fretboard radius and the number of frets are improved to suit the modern player, but the core layout remains pretty much unchanged. The guitar is a bit on the heavier side due to the ash/maple body and neck combo. The upper fret access is decent, but not as good as some of the American Deluxe Fenders which feature things like contoured neck heels.

Getting a good tone out of this guitar is pretty simple. It sounds like a Tele should right out of the gate. They're not the most forgiving guitar by nature, but that's part of the charm. It's fairly bright and honest sounding and works well for many different styles that require a very in your face kinda tone. This guitar doesn't sound all that different from a US Standard model in my opinion, so a lot of the same comments hold true.

SOUNDS

This Tele definitely has the tone in spades that it should. It features many of the classic Tele specs needed for sonic armageddon. As stated above, it's fairly bright and clear sounding overall. Plugged into a clean amp like a Fender or Dr. Z really brings this guitar to its natural home. The neck pickup is great for some bassier jazzy tones, the middle pickup works well for some funky tones, and the bridge pickup is pure and simple country heaven. Switching over to a driven tone yields in some fantastic drive tones that can go from Zeppelin to Whitesnake if you want it do. That classic bright texture never gives in and allows the tones to really cut through very well regardless of how much gain you're using. It can get a little noisy with 60 cycle hum sometimes but that's the nature of the beast with single coils.

OVERALL OPINION

All in all I think the Fender 60th Anniversary Telecaster is a decent buy for anyone looking for a slightly upgraded version of the classic "plank." It looks like a classic Tele, the playability is a great blend between vintage and modern and the tones have a whole range that is great for a variety of styles. They are only made for 2011 as far as I know, so snap one up while you can. They're a couple hundred bucks more than the standard US Tele... well worth it if you want something that may have a bit of collector appeal down the road.

The Fender Telecaster was the original guitar at the Fender Music company came out with in the early 50s late 40s. This is a design that was very simple which had a great sound and a future into the music world. It simply had two single coil pickups with a volume control knob and tone control knob. It didn't have a a lot of features and at that time it didn't really need any. Since then we've had different evolutions of the Fender Telecaster but overall the body shape the tone in the feel have remain the same.

SOUNDS

I love Fender Telecaster because it has a great sound which is very unique to any other guitar out there today. Even though it's a Fender it does sound like other Fender products but has its own unique taste towards music. It definitely has its own feeling and sustain which makes it very appealing to country and indie rock players. The notes just seem to jump right off the fretboard because of the fast neck and the overall tone that it produces. Usually Fender Telecaster's feature light body woods such as ash or maple which gives it a nice panky clean tone. So you are able to hear all the notes ring out very clearly and efficiently. This guitar will fit in any setting you put in them but they'd really don't excel at any type of drop tuning or alternate tooting situations.


OVERALL OPINION

These guitars come in right around thousand dollars or so. You can find them pretty much anywhere you buy guitars. Whether that be online or in Guitar Center or any other music shop you can pretty much find standard Telecasters sitting on a wall somewhere. They're great guitar for gigging and great rock guitars for recording and overall such a nice addition to anyone's guitar collection.

Channel nice but we need to do is vintage trs.
Access in acute is what he did and feel for that matter: it's a telecaster
but it is mostly the sound is fabulous, just plug it to make it sound

SOUNDS

The sounds are great for the style to which I intended to say it's the blues. my rig is: telecaster -> Boss volume -> Dunlop Wha -> Sansamp Tri-Ac -> Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. It sounds of thunder a lot of versatility. snapping bridge position, centrally located round super cool, neck position quite a bit spcial out of the cave.
the sound is the highlight of this terrible scrapes.

OVERALL OPINION

Tested and used for about a few months but I did not have much time to shop around for the totality of possibilities. The frne premium is beautiful and sounds are top. the fact that it is a pice of "collection" adds to the charm of the instrument. of course I tried other tele (james trussardi particular) but I met all levels.
