Superb guitar ash colored bread and butter, US-made, micro "double" Seymour Duncan (mini humbucker) neck and vintage single coil in bridge.
21 boxes, 3 mic positions and a more general tone volume.
the neck is super thin and slightly wide, with a satin varnish.
the body has a layer of nitrocellulose, but rather fine present.
the key is typically vintage, it sticks to the finger and seems soft as butter (That's good), I was surprised, used gibson handles fairly "dry", but reminded me of a 1974 Stratocaster that I in the hands of a few hours at a friend.
the mechanical type are vintage, round metal buttons, pretty tight, very nice and stable but not very practical in case of emergency tuning.
high quality finish, it is no problem its 2000th (AC is an expensive piece of wood but you pay a hell of knowledge, the quality approach custom shop, say it is halfway between a standard base model and a big custom shop).
the guitar is at all consistent points, a good job for professionals!
UTILIZATION
The handle is top level form for me, my fingers are long and thin and a hand big enough (type to lanky man hehe 1m84)
I find it very comfortable. the satin behind the handle is really a plus. it is the same type as the models Zakk Wylde epiphone or gibson.
access to the treble, it's a telecaster in its most traditional form, so it's not bad.
the guitar is very well balanced, it does not sting the nose ... all is well.
weight, a real pen!! and yet what a sound!! Finally, it is really light, happiness!
we can get good sounds, slamming, deep, shimmering, moving, hopping ...... I play with a trident and a stiletto ENGL V30 4x12 + 2x12 mesa V30, a slight crunch is huge.
SOUNDS
The sounds are typical telecaster, and high quality. very airy sound is really well balanced.
the sustain is awesome !!!!!! much longer than any gibson I've had (standard, classic, faded studio standard are 347, ringtone maker)
and even in its clearest in the world.
good character is a guitar, some styles are particularly highlighted: funk, rock, current pop, blues basically.
Personal loved this guitar because the sound is really incredible and it made me discover a way to play than I suspected in me long ago.
the neck pickup sonns fairly thick but finally wide open, type humbucker but not mega powerful and pulling a little to the single coil.
The intermediate position is hardly less powerful than the neck position, a little more mids and a little more noise.
bridge pickup is very slamming, be handled with care because it was soon having too much treble, without losing the bass or mids. So a deal with the tone knob.
the knobs react very well, progressive and always musical.

OVERALL OPINION

else if the budget is limited, the chopper was 1700 it has provided a great deal of hitting model free of defects.
OCCAZ in 1500 seems reasonable for a guitar in perfect condition.
I would do this choice? yes !!!!!!!! this is my first TV, it sounds vintage and modern for the best (little background noise, stick to the modern profile, but its quality vintage modern), the grain and color are wonderful .... There's brief Photography is not a bomb!
