The manufacturer's website:
5W Single-Ended, Class A amplifier 4, 8 and 16 ohm Speaker Outs Solid State Rectifier Volume with 3-Band EQ Pentode (5W) / Triode (3W) Switch 12 "Blackheart Model 1216A Speaker by Eminence with American Voicing and optimized for open back cabinet DC Power to filaments for super quiet operation 15 ply (18mm) thick-void free Plywood Construction 1W resistors in signal path, 2W & 5W resistors in power supply
I would have a rverbe AIM, or at least one CD out, so I put 9.
UTILIZATION
Well it's not a complex amp trs was just four and a three volume bands.
Personal mostly twelve o'clock I leave everything (well, except the volume ...).
The manual is not particulirement useful, unless you never touch an amp lamps (as c'tait my case).
SOUNDS
I play on a Jackson js30rr (default hh money and I use a light distortion pedals Rocktron Silver Dragon.
I played before on a Marshall MG100DFX I got tired because of the impersonnal sound and the feeling of emptiness that manait, I always found it lacked prsence of vital ...
With the Little Giant, I am satisfied.
I play mostly metal currently. The amp alone is obviously not at all done for a. on the other hand, with the pedals ... Damn, it's the sound I've always wanted! Aggressive prcis or granular, alive, in spite of my scrapes trs average I take a Panard crazy! I feel like Metallica, Black Sabbath, Darkthrone, Immortal or Enslaved, this combination is great the way! If you want to you play metal, I highly recommend this amp with good pedals!
Outside the sound a lot j'apprcie clear (most of the time I leave the amp mode 3W, sends a strong dj), very low rev's fun to play blues or jazz. And again, my guitar is metal type, I can not imagine what was given with a Start for example ...
I do not push the amp too, so for some crunch I'll let you watch the previous ones opinion
OVERALL OPINION
I did not want my MG100 with 100 watts m'taient unnecessary, having group and not having to look elsewhere for now. So I wanted an amp not too expensive or too powerful, but all of the same living and good quality. I have not tried others, I bought a head shot APRS seeing some vidos on youtube, and other small 5W tests (that of Fender , that of Epiphone ...).
Whether in the clear or saturated (with pedals), this amp satisfies me fully for the use I make.
