SOUNDS
Well, I'll compare it to the last amp I had the chance to own, namely two bodies Marshall JCM 900, Fender Prosonic and Sunn Model T version three bodies.
Clear to me that peavey deltablues can afford to play in the big leagues! It's really all lamps: harmonies, lots of roundness and prsence a lgre compression, a large reserve of power, and heals qualisation prcise, many, many of music! Compar a fender lamp, it is certainly less slamming it really requires a sound particulire. I loved the clear sound of the Prosonic, delta blues gal is almost level. The 15 inch provides a significant reserve of low (excellent if utlise double coils), the sound of the body, it is necessary in space. It is a less aggressive fender - it's the very first time I criticize a Fender! - However, it should be compared directly with its competitor: the Hot version of Blues or road. Anyway, I'm sure no one can judge the sound clear ngativement Delta blues is falling!
On the reverb: it suits me, the 4-del I think she is too Submitted and you lose precision. A 4, perfect, discrte but essential. This applies to both channels.
Top: the Trmolo! Super efficiency if you like this one can qu'tre filled. Robert Cray uses much the trmolo, as well as on its rythimques chorus, it also plays a Fender Vibrolux or Vibroverb. Personally, I love it.
The distortion is a musical copy: you have to really try to understand! It's pretty bold, but qualisation diversifies the sound. If the channel is clear standard, saturated crativit is incredible!
I agree with the advice prcdant, the boost is weird: in fact, he adds a reserve of power. Good ide if you want more Boster's chorus. To see if the footswitch rpond, I have not tried.
So throw anything away!
And the look?
Vintage trs-class roots and both the tweed version (what I possde MODL) is simply beautiful. A beautiful object!
But be careful: I have not a problem of vibration of lamps included in the HP and only on the low E string B of the Ground B: I am ultra tonn is the very first time that I have this problem on an amp lamps. The great majority of users Clasica 30 also have this problem. Solutions exist (see forum). Vrifier first lamps, the fastening pin and, if vocal, non-slip foam FLAMMABLE to block the head lights (1 2 cm no more). I have yet to test these solutions, I'll do, I will note your exact in this notice.
10/10!
OVERALL OPINION
Right now, I play on a big ol Opry Hamer, 3 / 4 box with two double coils.
Excellent marriage.
I'm sure this amp meets the Personal guitars.
(With a Les Paul standard must be!)
Its sound quality is placed far del its selling price. Besides, I have not found a big difference in price between the United States and Europe (While a Fender lamp has a price 30 to 40% cheaper across the Atlantic). That's why I bought it directly in France plutt than doing import. Any fawn, the Fender high-end way too expensive here!
Do not rely on its price in the store, between 700 and 900 euros new. Dja is a lot of money but compared with a Fender is cheaper (Manufacturing US) is a professional quality amp, used both home, or in RPET scne on. In addition, it is easy to transport plutt.
