«  A nice amp very spirit "crunch" »

Published on 04/29/14 at 09:19
Single-channel, two inputs and drive clear, true 18 watts, effects loop, effect "dark" button to change mediums

UTILIZATION

Amp very good building, with a nice look, it is very easy to adjust some settings, just the basics.
This amp is a "plug and play", it sounds immediately, as well albeit with a Telecaster or a Gibson Les Paul.
The effects loop is very efficient, everything passes.

SOUNDS

The sound is supposedly typical American, I do not really think it is not typed purely VOX either. The sound palette is broad and it is difficult to shut up in a particular tone (British or American).
Still, it is a perfect amp for blues and rock. He growls, crunch, the sound is rough without drooling. on the other hand, no real distortion with this Tony Bruno, it will go through a dedicated pedal.
The Dark is effective, for example, it reduces the high pitched a telecaster side.
The clean channel is warm and round, nothing to do with a Fender amp, neither better nor worse, just completely different.

OVERALL OPINION

Very good amp, rather light for 18 watts, a good choice signed VOX. Paw Tony Bruno brings a truly unique and personal touch to this amp. I recommend it for blues or for those who are looking for an amp in mind very "cruncheur".
