For résumé there really everything in this amp!
The only thing I can fault is that there is no switch for the effects loop. (The button has 3 pedals: Channel, Gain and Reverb)

UTILIZATION

To configure the amp is extremely simple, plug n play.
We arrive early to find the song (not like the Vetta ..), it can be quite a thing with this amp, it's going to clean the trs saturated enough to make the metal (the sound spectrum ranges from clean Metallica).
The manual is good English but with the simplicity of use it is not essential.

SOUNDS

I use this head with a 4x12 cabinet Fame 'vintage 30. Group and also at home.
My Guitar: Squier Telecaster, Epiphone SG EMG81 word, imitation Les Paul. (As of mid-range)

The sound is always present you, it's fat and slimy, with a lil cleans the chorus are superb. I love all the sounds of the amp, from clean to metal through the crunch.

In addition, there are three modes of correction so it provides a great range of sounds (although sometimes you have to listen to detect differences mode rectification)

OVERALL OPINION

I have this amp for almost a year now, I bought it in playback (but I had represented dja sites amriquain). Prior to this head, I had JCM 800, JCM 900, JCM 900 SLX, VETTA II (Gazz factory), VOX AC15 (excellent), and much more .. (An annuity is the zic .. lool)
I can assure you that for the price (in 500) you would not be due from the head! it is super versatile, it offers exellent sound each time. Power of 60 watts is idalie (100w lamp because it's too much too ..) To repeat, concert, and house (thanks a flight master effective). The icing on the cake: What look! I would do without this choice hsitation.

Everything is said before, going from a clean clean clean almost acoustic boundary crunch super compressed. (I love that channel!)
Overdrive 2 channels with the same EQ setting but with a little extra on the OD2 (outline) which can give a different color.

We can all play except maybe metal, although it depends what kind of cabinet that you put behind. (I'm not 30 vintage metal!)

OVERALL OPINION

It's been almost 3 years that I use. It is really great, never a glitch. Super

It is an all-tube amp with 3 modes, however, correct for the power section modes Solid State, Tube A or AB.

Clear sound is good, with the master cranked and the volume to ca mini crunch well even at low volume.
The 2 channels are saturated the same stamp but 2 levels of separate gain adjustment can really have two distal channels 1 and 2. The distos are rather modern Rock energetic but also the good old blues. Not too much for Metal anyway.

The controls are simple and especially the amp is usable at home or repeating.

UTILIZATION

The manual is easy to see and extremely simple in my opinion not very useful. It is found on the website B-52.


SOUNDS

ON ontiendra sounds pretty plain as saturated, really a very balanced amp and easy to use. The effects loop (adjustable volume) still retains the external boiboites.

I tried 2 analog pedals, distortion and chorus on the clean channel and frankly it still retains the bran and grain both pedals and guitar ...

The reverb from the amp is average and usable.

Most have been to have 2 separate volumes on the distortion channels 1 and 2.

OVERALL OPINION

I tried a few combos (Hot Rod, Classic 30, Bogner, Line 6 ...) and some heads Hugnes Kettner, Fender ... but never find her. I think with the B-52 I would not change config quickly because everything is there and for a really incredible price.

UTILIZATION

is easy, you plug it plays, there's an effects loop, amplifier class A, B or AB, a 3-knobs allows footswich switch from clear channel to overdrive and then the 2nd overdrive channel through the reverb (excellent, lamps).

SOUNDS

This head is perfect for vintage sounds of Hendrix, AC / DC, JEFF BECK ... the sound is warm.

OVERALL OPINION

Used since December 2010 and coupled to a 2x12 cabinet with Vintage 30 AC Baboul, for 520 euros a head is EXCELLENT and very versatile, powerful (except for metal / death metal or hardcore it will consider investing in a few pedals)
for the price is really gift!

it has one drawback: it is particularly heavy and bulky!

I would do THAT CHOICE WITHOUT HESITATE!
