Guitar my favorite guitarist!!
There are fewer defects in this model as the Flames but that does not bother me.
UTILIZATION
The handle is it enjoyable?
O yes very nice but what surprised me the first time was that I felt to find the handle of the Gibson Flying V ...
Ergonomics is it good (in terms of shape, weight ...)?
As: well it is a flying sit so it is a pretty special position. For me, it's cool.
The guitar is relatively light.
Access to acute (recent freight) is it easy?
Access quiet without problem treble.
Gets it easy to sound good?
Yes, I can easily have a very sound on my Blackstar.
SOUNDS
Are they suitable for your style of music?
Rock / hard rock / heavy: nickel
Blues: I have not tried it yet
Black / death ...: I think the pickups are a bit limited.
What kind of sound you get and with what settings ("crystalline", "bold", ....)?
This is the sound of Schenker (USA DMT Michael Schenker "Lights Out" Neck & Bridge): Strong output / Dominant midrange / high-end response.
After that they are copies of the microphones Gibson Flying V. ..
With what (s) amplifier (s) or effect (s) do you play?
Blackstar HT 50 head + cab 1960 Marshall 4 * 12
Line 6 POD HD 300.
What are the sounds you prefer, you hate?
I love everything!! Wood sounds very good, very good sustain.
OVERALL OPINION
How long have you been using?
4 months
What is so special that you like most and least?
+: The sound, the shape, the handle, the case.
-: Small finish defects
Did you try many other models before buying it?
Yes, a Gibson flying v black have a very good sound but the finish was so so, the key also had faults, scratched too easily ... and a Hamer Vector XT mahogany has a very good finish and a good but his remains below the Dean.
This is my 2nd and it no longer exists so I think I had a pot.
How do you rate the quality / price?
I think the report is good to see good. I'm not very expert in this field trial.
With experience, you do again this choice? ...
Yes, my future is Dean MS Kaleidoscope. I'm a big fan of Schenker but the Flying v.
