UTILIZATION

The handle is a real joy! It is well in hand, quite rounded and plump but still thin and flat enough for a quick style of play.
No problem for the rhythm and shred!

What is great with a Flying V guitar fairly extreme forms such as Ninja is that it is perfectly balanced! Let go there and it takes up ... It's PERFECT
Access to acute impeccable comfort top ... The grip is instantaneous.

Plug and Play ... Play and Joy!

SOUNDS

I play mainly Metal and I am a huge fan of everything that Arch Enemy ... So it falls quite well;)
Level sound is terrible. We feel the full force of a perfect violin. The sound is incredibly rich and distinctive, even with EMG pickups.
The clean in the neck position is very friendly and is comparable to models more "wise". It's hot, it's round, it's sweet ... One may risk the bluesy outbursts without shame, the very opposite!
In the bridge position is more crystal-clear and it crunch faster. Logic. In short, always a pleasure! For arpeggios to Metallica, with a little chorus ... top

Moving to the saturated! Then as you say that bridge will have to think to call the fire brigade and the police because this deposit serious! A maximum amount of gain and dynamic, super angry and literally bites the guitar power chords! A mistress of metal! With the gameplay copy of this guitar, you have a stage animal in the hands!
The handle is saturated with flute, melodious and warm ... If you want to feel the full force of melodic solos Amott there's no better;)

I play on a 100W amp ENGL Fireball Retube preamp (12AX7 EH - Tung Sol ECC803S - JJ ECC83 - Sovtek 12AX7WA) plugged into an Orange PPC412 cab (Celestion V30) and I guarantee it's FATAL

A comparison of my Hammett LTD Signature KH602, finishes and sound are well above (even if the KH stands up very well!). The price difference is justified for those who want to provide the means!

OVERALL OPINION

I still can not find it negative ... When you buy a guitar like this is that we know why.

The short scale is great for fans of floating vibrato bends tired like me. The Sperzel's insurance exchange strings in the blink of an eye.

Quality, violin, finishes ... comfort and feeling ... the ITS. An exceptional guitar for any musician looking for a confirmed Flying V out of the ordinary!

From a purely subjective opinion, the ESP Ninja is the signature of Mr. Amott I prefer. I'll probably remove the EMG for another active or passive config ... Duncan Blackouts, Bare Knuckle Aftermath ... To see!
