So beware, when I read the reviews here, I think that there is confusion on the model. Mine is a Japanese and changes everything. C is the same as the CE-3 except that it nya that a single knob, no pickguard and the input jack is placed under the lower horn (not very practical to play seated)

22 frets (not 24 and that c is a shame for this kind of scratching)

JT580 floyd rose licensed by Jackson. Alder body and not Indian cedar.

The pickups are Duncan of original design, but jy went right up the EMG-81 and X 60

UTILIZATION

J ADORE! The handle is a highway. The guitar is light but not easy to play and sit and more ... Watch out for spikes it bangs and it's fast abyss.
The EMG-X are perfect the above, I have a very good and clean thanks to the 60X level distortion it just sends what it takes.
The floyd is the good agreement, c is happiness.

SOUNDS

I used to play British rock and metal. The EMG-X 's doing well.
I play on an H & K Tubemeister 18W and I get a rather straight and sharp. Must love. on the other hand I come out of the mix very easily. Much more than with my gibson

OVERALL OPINION

I have been using qqs months. J have played on LTD, Ibanez Sabre, Gibson Les Paul and all I got, this is my favorite guitar. A monstrous mouth (I gave him white glue liserets Alexi Laiho style), great sound, a pleasant playability. I even try to acquire a second to give the drop in C. For the price ... when I compare again to my gibson ...
If you find a Japanese small price, go for it! before I bought the XD
I put 10 and of course I'm not super goal for it is really my favorite guitar. And I started to have yet ...

i tried it out today at a music ahop near me for about half an hour

everything is great. The shape is nice looking and easy to use and its not top heavy like the gibson/epiphone flying vs. The pickups are smooth because its only 2 humbuckers. my ibanez s370 has 2 humbuckers and a single coil and i dnt need the single coil and i find it so easy to use playing a guitar with just 2 humbuckers. the neck is great and so is the tremelo system.

Nothing. i read a review where someones bad points were all about the floyd rose and the fact it didnt have a tone knob. for the tone knob youve got one on your distortion pedal use that. for the floyd rose? it takes a long time to restring it yes but the advantages are vast. BRILLIANT tremelo arm system. You will barely ever have to tune it after youve restrung it so the strings stay at the same tightness so it takes about 4 months for me to break strings sometimes. It takes a long time to restring and tune but its worth it because it lasts a HELL of alot longer than a normal bridge. And yes its ont great for playing sitting down but then play standing up it keeps your practiose for concerts better.

brilliant as long as youve got a good gig bag or hardcase (i reccomend the hardcase)

I purchased my Jackson from Guitar Center, In Tucson Arizona for $380.00

The Translucent Blue finish is very well done and has great depth. The Duncan Designed pickups provide a clean workable range of tone that can be easily tweaked with my Line6 Flextone II XL Amp, However I opted to replace them with a pair of EMG'S. All controls work well and there were no factory defects. The neck is thin and fast and the overall balance is nice.

I had tighten the Input Jack and the Pickup selector nuts once. The factory Action was a bit high for my taste, I was able to get it dialed in with a little effort.

The overall construction was clean, More than you would expect fron an entry level guitar. The Neck is great and well fitted.

For the dollors paid it would be hard to beat this unit. After a few tweaks the Jackson is a blast to play and a looker for sure, I use it for 8 songs in our kick-em in the a-- set.

I bought this guitar at musicians friend for $489.99 for cherry sunburst and for the solid colors it was only $439.99. I bought it because i am an intermediate kid looking for a guitar that will last and have a tremelo system.



I like the finish it has killer looks the cherry sunburst paint is gorgeous. But thats about it. It was just good looking ohh yeah it also did have a reallly really fast neck.



I hated many things about this guitar but first is the whoel floyd tremelo JT-500 bridge and tremelo. It must take a couple of hours to string and tune it compared to about 15 minutes on my ibanez GAX 70 which was about 300 dollars cheaper. You have to cut the o ring off the end of the string in order to get it in there and if you loosen the string clamp to much on the bridge it falls out and its a bitch to get back in. NExt is the tremelo bar if you accidently tun it one to many times the piece that screws in to the guitar itself and the tremelo bar screws into that piece the little piece comes out wtih the tremelo bar. Next is the tuning keys on like the bottom three strings you have ot turn them 360 degrees about 10 times just to tighten it a little bit. WHen your tuning it and its just a little under perfect you have to turn the keys about 10 times to even get the needle to bounce. NExt is that the neck is set wrong i think. because it says in the manual between the top string and the top of the twelfth fret there should be about 1.5 mm clearance. adn i adjusted it to that and on th e second fret the string was damn near touching so i had to put it up to 2.8 mm and it still just barely buzzes so its pretty hard to push down 3 milimeters to make it sound right. Also there is only one volume know and no tone or other knowbs just a volume and a 3 way pickup selector. and the volume knob isnt even tightened down when ya get it so dont tip it upside down. and if you tighten it after about a week its loose again. another bad thing is dont buy this guitar if you play a lot sittn down it just slides down your leg bacasue of the v shape. ONe more thing thats wrong about it is that if you bend back with the tremelo bar the strings will fall out after about 5 times.



who ever thought this up its now worth the money my ibanez would kick its ass and so would my epiphone. its not great .

UTILIZATION

The handle is trs enjoyable: it is a real highway
Access in acute (21 & 22nd frets) is not great because the heel is too big
the guitar has an unfortunate tendency err on the cot handle (a good strap and the problem is rgl and is a little heavy (no more embarrassing than has yet I am skinny but does not prevent play with for hours on).
trs vibrato is stable (and believe me I sought a lot) you should see if there is wear in the long run (rare)

SOUNDS

I play mostly metal (pantera, sepultura ,...) and scratches that sends big sound (provided you have a very good amp sr). Disto sound is terrible This category of price and clean sound is not so bad that a (Obviously that's not why it is done)
I for info on a branch and a SansAmp GT2 amp Laney TF700.

I bought it new in promotion and if I had the choice again I Do not hesitate one second. I love its shape and the fawn it sounds. If you want an instrument to make mtal in this price range: throw yourself dessus.En But if you want a more versatile guitar I suggest you go elsewhere.

I play this guitar for a year and I separated for kidney o world I try many of the same model guitar style but for the shape the sound signature and the price can not resist, especially if one is fan of Randy Rhoads is a axcelent value for money I will not change my choice

I do not know what country it comes from me probably from Asia. For pickups are duncan design is not worth ca real but not bad when even the price). Also have two humbucker. When the vibrato its a floyd rose. She did that a little volume which cause problems when you want to install an EMG because it nesecite at least one volume and one tone then need to eun hole in the guitar) And she also has one of three position selector. Thin enough to handle this kind of guitar designed to play quite as fast for the price.

UTILIZATION

The handle end is rather pleasant enough only problem she has a big enough heel so acute need for a little dentrainement (cest not exaggerate when even a flying V eh.) A problem of this guitar and the weight distribution it bidder and his far ahead but if we have a good strap passes impec ca. The sound is not bad even if Duncan were to design a biensur EMG and a big tube amps cest cest sure that better but not bad when even for a range of this guitar

Jai lai for almost a year as I love jadore ca n I love the floyd not sure what that volume that nai her nest if not 24 boxes full of model parfait.Jai try but for the budget and my style javais the cest of what I wanted. The report price is not bad quality is biensur pe utoujours be better but it's worth it. I do it again this choice for the budget cest sure that javais

I tried to play the mtal (yes j't'assure) with a Hughes and Kettner (lamps) and was not of the masses so I took an amp that I knew a marshall and ditto : microphones are zero.

In addition to play sitting with this guitar (it was more or less understood) but in fact you have not understood (hh No but infact between the jack is on the small of V ct (o you put the leg so ...) and a jack angled hurt (I do not like this guitar ...)

Of course we know the day with mtal but ... it's not 100% of the crap I admit but it's not the business of century.

OVERALL OPINION

The shape is excellent, and so I ced for the RR3 with Seymour Duncans MODEL, 3 knobs instead of one, a better place and jack DIFFERENT matrial for 100euros not diff Conference ... I think it's not a bad choice forcment but hey, must be pressed to buy, otherwise wait until your piggy bank a little magnification for RR3 ...

It's a guitar made in Japan, compared to what is said and down, mine was made in Japan and not India.

UTILIZATION

So before going any further, that my guitar does not at all, in fact I sold and I put this comment because this guitar has the range of those he loved you but if you tell really tried before a bought and read my mind ...

I found the handle really bad, it does not slip off and not very comfortable compared to a rr3 or the handle is great.

I played with a Marshall MG100 and sound: niet! well on a line6 modeling: niet! in later tried a VHT Pittbull and RE-Niet!

In short the distortion sucks, c for a beginner as it is not bad but same price, the rot is really clean and the distortion can be acceptability for a beginner (or someone who has shit in the ears)

I have used for 1year, the time to save some money for another guitar and luckily my guitar store has agreed to an exchange otherwise I would never be rid ...

I really do not like this instrument and it would be better to frenchie a euro more for a RR3 Croy me it's worth it!

In addition to the quality / price ratio, 525 tickets to ca is theft at gunpoint!

With experience I never would do that choice for sure!

This particular model of the Jackson Rhoads is the most inexpensive one that Jackson offers. It's made in Indonesia, and it has a basswood body with a bolt on maple neck and rosewood board, with the signature shark-fin inlays that Jackson popularized. There is one volume and tone control, and it features 2 high output Duncan Designed humbuckers. It has a compound radius board that make lead playing much easier in the upper register.

UTILIZATION

The neck is fast and thin, and the rhoads has great upper access to the high frets. The shape is a bit awkward, and the bevels, lack of comfort cuts and asymmetric wings can make this an uncomfortable guitar to play.

The licensed floyd is pretty unstable. Sometimes it'll hold tune jsut fine, but more often than not, it's go out of tune with big bends or divebombs.

This guitar is super light because of the scaled down basswood body, really nice if you're gigging and doing a long set.

The compound radius board gos from 12" to 16", and it's really nice for playing in the upper registers, and the flatter board allows for bigger bends, adn overall more space for your fingers to move around on.





SOUNDS

The bridge pickup is aggressive and crunchy, but not dynamic or touch sensitive, neither is the neck pickup, but it does a better job of cleaning up. The tones are outwardly good, but they lack a depth and nuance. This guitar is pretty well suited to scooped tones, or high gain tones, where the amp takes over, because this guitar is pretty fun to play, and very fast.

OVERALL OPINION

I like the aesthetics of the rhoads shape, but I don't like the feel of it. Your mileage may vary.The lower horn bumps into my leg alot. The floyd not staying in tune is a big no no for me, and while the pickups are not the best, they can get it done if you're playing all out metal. There are much better options for a a metal guitar at this price point. Things that were not available at the time I bought this guitar.

The handle is nice, not too thick or too thin, I compared a ibanez ergo, it has about the same kind.
Access to the treble is not the top despite its form, the last boxes are difficult to access, this is partly because the handle was screwed.

I took it to the shape, configuration floyd 2 mic, then the price.
that's what I wanted so no need to test other, when we have the amp adequacy, there is no problem to have = its rings.
in fact I wanted a 'small' scratch until my mine.
Bought new 430th instead of 500 because little farts back and stayed a while in the window, this guitar is really very enjoyable to play, easy to use except the tuning, the pickups are pretty biting and what fun is ac the floyd.
I am delighted.

I regret having sold the one I just read the reviews Demonaz and I think he was wrong with the JS30 that she possesses the mic jackson is probably made in Japan, and even a passage 50th skyscraper has a very high quality amp (VHT) sound necessarily.
