I just discovered at Musikmesse in Frankfurt today. Test in bad conditions, the sales team who had the good idea to mix with keyboards and co pc3 with a digital piano with HP overpowered.
Finally I tested essentially sound, in these less than ideal conditions.

UTILIZATION

No hand making records sound is relatively intuitive. A + compared to the PC3 series, sound samples are still completely sorted by categories. This means that all the pianos in sequence, then all electric pianos, etc.. Then they were split into several series on the PC3 series.

SOUNDS

My general impression, instant and no prior experience on kurzweil is that the strengths are not electric pianos and particulièremlnet classic sounds and set type. The electric pianos, it's going but it seems to me that the yamaha (s70 xs or 90) is richer and better done). For organs could ca s equivalent. For leadsynth my AC looked a little disappointing especially compared to Yamaha that provides very strong in this category.
Overall, the party with a favorable bias in kurzweil, I came back from Musikmesse with mixed feelings, even favorable to Yamaha. To be confirmed in better test conditions

However I do not share the extreme criticism made by another surfer on the total loss of sound, especially compared to Korg. I tested quite heavily the sounds of the M50. I am much stayed on my hunger, especially on the pianos. I put Kurzweil Korg still quite far ahead, at least for the traditional sounds.

OVERALL OPINION

moot. I tested about 1 hour each of the two objects.
The keyboard seems to be equivalent in quality than yamaha, yet very good. Italian Fatar reliability ensures he does both in duration than yamaha? To see.
