SONORITS

The gnraliste of synth sounds allow suited to all styles of varieties. They are perfect for music styles that intressent me, jazzy pop rock rnb reggae dance ...
All sounds are superb and trsralistes, they are all derived from xs pattern which is a reference number.
Being very funky jazzy on the edges I often rest on acoustic pianos, rhodes, the moog, bass ...
The strings are poustouflants were quick to take to a great composer of cinema.

on the other hand I t just dcu by DX style electric pianos that lack character and expressiveness (FM synthesis has its reasons)

The keyboard: a very soft touch synth classic, I prefer the personal touch of Roland keyboards, but the yam is not unpleasant.

I use it for 2 months, before acqurir I tried other models such as
7 xs pattern is excellent but not in my budget, quite bulky and whose entire workstation party does not interests me because software like Cubase or Logic ca do very well, so it's only the sounds intressent me and a good keyboard.

I come to give you my impressions of this keyboard, after several months of regular use.
For my initial specifications, this keyboard is almost perfect: I wanted a small keyboard (4 octaves) VERY lightweight, easy to carry in his bag backpack for 1-2 rehearsals a week of my group, with a maximum sound bank, but editable (envelope, resonance, filter ...) and effects (chorus, delay, reverb ...) in order to direct plug in stereo sound without the fuss or anything else.

In group settings, go fast: Live sound without spending three hours hacking away in sub-menus, but can still make changes ("you can add to your attack her? ... ") easily and quickly.
For against all types arranger functions, sequencer, support etc ... we are not no use in rock band and could complicate the use of the keyboard, its interface, its price, its weight. If I need a keyboard, controller or expander home studio, it is clear that I would not take that! ... They should have made the scene even more direct (with a better keyboard for example) and turn that stuff are useless! The plant performance is totally useless, it will have no compunction in putting ours (a piece by the group, so we have 128 pitches) instead.


The +:

o it is cheap at the cheap ... I was not all that tough look good ... the pots are scary, the buttons are pitiful ... I do not know how long it will take ...
o the keyboard is a disaster! .... it is an insult at the hands of pianists ... Fortunately I am a Gifted keyboard, but put a real piano on it and you balance in the face pronto ... next, it is a Rolls Bontempi ...
velocity o ... they just abused the velocity I think in any case its effect on the volume of sounds, it said on stage it is convenient to add dynamics to pieces, accentuate the low / loud passages ...

In conclusion, for use in rock band, it's perfect for the price. There is no one in this budget and that meets these specifications ...

The sounds are those of the pattern, do not worry. Probably the best sample library. Rhodes excellent, very beautiful strings, nice tablecloths.

I am owner of a Motif ES and wanted a second keyboard for live, with roughly the same functionality for the game on stage.
Big disappointment for two reasons: 1. the output level ... but I qu'espérais between a keyboard and a 2000 500 balls?? Well the result is clear: Huge lack of potato> MX49 ... asthma converters, where I am half the volume of ES ass, I'm on the block MX with 2000 + Db at the table. No punch, just beautiful sounds
2. the layer function is a semi-con. I wanted to split my keyboard into several play areas (4 on ground) and there: a split basis, or a layer that can stack sounds, but not cutting areas .... I can not read the ad, in which there is no evidence that it is impossible ... but for me it is unusable.

I keep a week as not correspond at all to my way of working.

It is a 49-key synth. To me the touch is not bad but I'm not a pianist.
There are 1106 sounds very good and not evil effects.
There are a lot of connections, one that is very good is the 3.5mm audio input. Otherwise there are twelve o'clock in / out, headphone jack and released 6.35 HP and two pedal inputs.
It comes with Cubase AI 6 virtual synths but will not install on my iMac and I had quite a problem to install Cubase. I must take the time to try on Logic.
It is recognized on the iPad with the kit photo.
There are 128 voices of polyphony which is great for the price.

Configuration is not very difficult even if I have not all inclusive.

I use it for 3 weeks.
I did not try another model because I wanted a keyboard budget.
I love the sounds, having had a Motif es 7, I think the MX sounds really good.
The value for money is excellent.
If I had bought a keyboard I would do the same choice.
