As part of its new strategic partnership, Yamaha showed the new Rupert Neve Designs–5045 Primary Source Enhancer at InfoComm 2011.
Primarily used in live sound applications, the 5045 will be distributed by Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems in North America.

The RND 5045 is a 2–channel analog 1 RU device designed to reduce the tendency of feedback. The unit enables up to 16dB of additional gain before feedback when conditions allow. The device is designed to reduce background sounds, consequently enhancing the main audio source, which is especially helpful when using with podium, lavalier, and headset mics. The Rupert Neve Designs 5045 uses transformer–coupled inputs and outputs.
Pricing & Availability:
The RND 5045 will be available during the third quarter of 2011 at a targeted MRSP of $1,799.
