UTILIZATION
This guitar is very easy to play, I spend four hours in folk ball to play it and it is no question of me tearing my fingers!
Highs are very accessible.
SOUNDS
The sound is perfect for me.
In, sound is very round, with very low and this projection significantly stronger than my old C312ce which has a smaller body.
Connected, it does not sound "plastic" or "piezo" is almost as good a sound recording with a microphone. I need to experiment mixing but I think we can come up with something good.
I transferred the original Elixir strings, which I hate, against D'addario EXP16 much more natural and enjoyable.
OVERALL OPINION
I played on Ovation for 20 years in dance, I am now an addict Taylor models. The 312ce is brilliantly compact and smooth, the 414ce is her big sister, stronger and powerful.
Which is a shame it is to pay € 2100 something that costs $ 1900 U.S..
