Best value:
Excellent
I heard about KRK several times before having the opportunity to listen to what give the VXT8, and there was a shock! I heard all the little errors of my mix that I could not perceive before, so I decided to buy me a pair of VXT6 which are in fact in my opinion, better balanced than VXT8.
The 6-inch woofer
The combo jack / XLR
Different settings (quite effective for that matter) that is located at the rear ...
... Are arguments that have comforted me in my choice.
I used to mix in my home studio and sometimes just to listen to music. They are connected in the output table mix XLR.
Perfection does not exist, so I put the score of 9/10.
SOUNDS
The frequency curve is neutral, it upset me at first because I did not have the habit of studio monitoring but now I can not do without even listening to music.
The sound is clear is accurate on virtually the entire spectrum, it lacks a bit of precision in the low but good for the price hard to beat.
The stereo image is very good and natural.
The dynamic is itself perfectly respected.
I put the note 8/10 because of the small lack of precision in the bass.
OVERALL OPINION
I use them for 8 months now due to twenty hours a week I never had any problems with despite the fact that they are used.
I tried a few models before getting as Adam, Mackie, Behringer (yuck!) and KRK Rokit, and VXT4 VXT8.
Goodies: _The its
_The Accuracy
_The Overall quality of manufacture
_The Look!
_se Into standby after a few minutes of inactivity
_Peu Heating even after several hours
Cons: _Lightweight lack of precision in the low
_Bouton Power rear
The price / quality ratio is excellent but I am in no position to judge for me to have bought used.
I remake that choice without hesitation because I have not found anything better in this price range, even at the cost of nine.
So I put the overall score of 9/10!
