it is versatile, you get to play a lot of styles with this little amp

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for more than ten years, I bought a lot between two most powerful 180w beringer therefore but a much flatter sound, less accurate. So I returned to my peavey which is certainly less powerful but has a much richer sound, round and shiny.
Furthermore, it is very strong, indeed it has been dropped from car trunk (not closed a rag) while I was driving, damage: two corners damaged, the power supply cable cut, two shots screwdriver, a domino and left.
So this is a very solid amp.
if I had a choice again I would reiterate a Peavey but with a speaker a little bigger or two or four speakers and a DI output.

I use a passive fretless bass Luthman. I love the rights and round sound, I am quite satisfied with this amp. The bass is deep, it can be used at very low volume without too much loss of definition. I almost always use the neutral position. We can of course play the equalizer but I'm happy with his right, a little dull, which is well suited to the fretless (for my taste).

We can probably blame her lack of slamming, clarity, I do not think very suitable for slap, metal sounds, it excels against by the big, round sound, with his bowl 15 ".

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a year, first with a small Cort Action by the Luthman. Bought a misery easy to find opportunity, I'm very happy. I play regularly on a Hartke A100 much newer, shinier, but I prefer my Peavey. I also have a small Laney RB2 (old model) that does not happen to his ankles.

on the other hand, it is true that it is almost intransportable. Think about it before buying. But I would do this choice without hesitation.

UTILIZATION

After already playing on a Fender BXR 300, a Peavey TNT 115 and 160, or a behringer 1200 BXR, I can say that the TKO 115 is a beautiful beast perfectly capable of undergoing almost all types of music today.

easy to handle, a little feeble compared to a fender but at a ridiculous price (I bought mine for 150 euros (I had to change a knob about 5 euros))

As I mentioned agree to all styles of music in RP but with a lot of scratch (or 2) it becomes limited, masi for a group of jazz blues is nickel
I played it with a warwick 5 string active (it rocks all), and with my 4-string bass Hohner sound is excellent.

OVERALL OPINION

It's been 6 months and I use it for 150 euros OCCAZ I never found better, less is true that a Trace Elliot (but really 300 W RMS)

- 7-band EQ, active treble boost, primarily for slappeurs.

The power is sufficient to rpter and concerts caf bar ...

UTILIZATION

- Configuration simplissime
- All sounds are possible thanks to boost treble and equalizer but not worth a tweeter. The big bowl of the cash 15 5 string.
- The manual is a bit lightweight.

SOUNDS

- Ideal basically sound (dub, reggae, metal): I make rock again, I do not know slapper, a glue.
- I play with a bass equipped with 2 humbuckers, made the sound.
- I do not like slamming sound, I prfre big round sounds good, and this amp is perfect.

OVERALL OPINION

- I use it for 7 years, I tried more expensive brands to more "prestigious" but I chose this one for the bowl 15 and the equalizer that allows you to highlight serious. (in my case)

- The report price is good quality, Peavey is a good brand coronation. What j'apprcie: 0 problem, 0 down. A reliability of thunder, APRS all these years, not a knob spitting, no grsillement, unlike guitarists I know and who play on better-known ones. Works like new. But it's not "Made in China"
