Hi,

I'm running SONAR3 producer edition with an Echo Mona on an AMD 2600+ CPU with 768MB of RAM. Recently, I was working on a project with around 20 tracks, and anytime I armed or disarmed a track, or pressed play/record/stop, the system froze for about 6-8 seconds before the function would execute. I also noticed that CPU was being used up just by arming the tracks. Everything still works and the CPU doesn't overload when it's playing, it just takes forever to get anything done because of the lockups.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
