Now in full production and shipping to Cadac distributors around the world, the CDC Four is a digital console that features 16 Cadac analogue mic pre amps with gain control, emulated Cadac EQ, and an expandable input count of up to 64 inputs with a dedicated stage rack.
All mic pre’s are 96kHz 24 bit – there are no 48kHz inputs. SHARC DSP is 4th generation with 40 bit floating point resolution, four of which are deployed in the design. The onboard 16 mic inputs, eight stereo inputs, six output busses and eight auxiliary sends are further expandable by connection of the dedicated stage rack, via Cadac’s twin coaxial transmission system.
