Korg Trinity V3 is a touch keyboard synth type 5 octaves (61 notes) dynamic aftertouch sensitive. More than just a sound generator quality today (2013) admittedly a bit "cold" compared to what can happen with the Korg Kronos or Krome, it is nevertheless always present to some that there adds a tube preamp or a supplement. SOUNDS
The sounds are sounds KORG. Lovers understand. Nevertheless, the Trinity is still the "heart" of my home studio. It is always my tone generator "standards - general" supported by an E-Mu Proteus. I have other machines or softwares for other types of sounds. The rating given to the sounds into account the age of the Trinity V3. OVERALL OPINION
I use the Trinity since its launch: Trinity Pro X 88 keys, then a Trinity Plus (with Solo card) 61 ratings for reasons of travel, and then passed through Trinity V3 equipped with a card HDR-Tri for direct-to-disk allowing me to overcome the South and Backline on stage. I regret not having found a PBs-Tri (Sample). But by far, by far, is what Korg is more intuitive and ergonomic (I love Kurzweil and also E-mu sound
). How many times I thought change workstation? Whenever Korg has released a new version .. But I never changed, considering that I would lose the exchange. And I think I have done well. The Oasys liked me, but the company Tekram sounded the death knell of this great synth by stopping the production of chipsets. Only Kronos X-88 challenges me but the entry ticket is therefore .. So I made the choice to acquire in addition to my Trinity V3 one of the best banks in general sounds that is currently on the market, combined with a partition editor, the bank sounds Avid Sibelius 7 is a fantastic keyboard Korg Trinity V3 this supplement that seems ad vitam eternam want to establish itself as one of the most reliable and most efficient workstations. There are now Trinity V3 for 3 or more in (I hear but when you consider that this keyboard was worth the equivalent of € 3K (+ 20,000 Francs) at its output, we say that 300-400 euros is given.
It is only my humble view.
