The three new Sennheiser headphones are based on the HD 25 model and were designed in collaboration with famous DJs, including Bob Sinclar, Luciano or Andy Baxter.
The HD6 Mix is a more home studio-oriented model and has an impedance of 150 Ohms.
The HD7 DJ is designed for live use in mind, while the HD8 DJ is the “higher” model of this series and intended for professional DJs. Both DJ headphones are foldable, with ear cups swiveling at 210° with three available wearing positions. The impedance of both models is 95 Ohms.
The headphones ship with straight and spiral kevlar-coated cables that connect to a single earcup, a mini-jack / jack adapteur and two pairs of replaceable ear pads.
Pricing is still to be announced, so is the launching date, but you can already discover the technical specifications at en-us.sennheiser.com.
