Write a user review

Reloop unveiled at Musikmesse 2014 a new 4-channel version of its Beatmix MIDI DJ control surface.

The Beatmix 4 DJ controller is optimized for Serato, in fact, you will find both Reloop and Serato brand names on the device. With this model, Reloop catches up on the competition and offers a 4-channel mixer and controller equipped with 2x8 multicolor drum pads (2.3cm wide), two iZotope-powered effect sections (3 effects usable simultaneously) with quantize, two 14.4cm diameter jog wheels with virtual needle position LED indicator, and the Serato sampler control section with a volume fader, sample start/stop pads and a Split mode that allows for controlling at the same time the cue points and the sample triggering.

Last, the Beatmix 4 hosts a sound card with a microphone input and its volume control, RCA speaker outputs and two 1/4” and 1/8” headphone outputs.

The Beatmix 2 will be available in May for the price of 299€ and during a limited time, you can get the full Serato DJ licence for a special price. Note that a Beatmix 2 version will also be available. More info at www.reloop.com/reloop-beatmix-4
