SOUNDS

Although old school 12-bit
It's old-fashioned, but nice for electro with lots of possibilities with additional cards.

NOTICE GLOBAL

Good Bar, beefy and "fairly pro" provided with enough features (many outings, noon, settings ...) and that sounds good to electro.
She quotes a little because it is not widespread, but it is a good BAR (my rating is high, but I only compare to other BAR of the time and not a current analog BAR).

SOUNDS

So it is in the same range as a TR-626 (which I own too), tom tom can be a better can, and electro kick, but then the clap is not a clap, which makes d even more interesting is a rare "sound" between the clap, the cabasa of 626.

Finally it is globablement fairly neutral, with a little eq and some effects measured, ca sends really not bad.

OVERALL OPINION

Four months that I have, I love these separate outputs, its simple assembly system hyper pattern, unlike the TR 626.

never seen cards for this machine, I know they are remanufactured by some aficionados, 100 euros all cards ... if I have a lot of money one day.

Finally a simple, fast, efficient machine, is not wasting his time and s fun live, if you are tired you save and come back the next day and they're gone, then when it is ready no longer played by the sequence of live and press rec.

UTILIZATION

Simple to use with this system menu breasted table. It was all under the nose ... Some menu changes are neutralized during recording or playback, it is a shame since being positioned forward in the menu, you can freely change the settings ...

It is direct and intuitive, it is not lost in the sub menu ... Backups are done in real time. Once the habit is happiness.

The manual is clear, yes, although it is not necessary.

Okay here is the heart of the debate ...

It has 16 sounds in the machine, and Roma cards are expensive (in addition to being quite rare) to add some one more. Count large minimum 50 € for some samples, it makes money. With (more found) sampling card, one can certainly play. The original kit-the only one I have so-is very correct. The editing functions expand the panel, but it is not at all in the synthesis, care Pitch envelope, period. Personally, I think that sounds bananent well, for those who like a little grain 12 bit;

I also use it to trigger a TAMA (techstar ts-204) + claps kick analog module. And, it gets interesting. Outputs and therefore separate trigger binge effects by isolating the instruments, there's way to laugh

Then the sequencer of DDD1 also allows me to make quick loops with other BAR hardware or my VSTi in Ableton. Why? because it is super flexible and easy to program, and you can hit like a mule on the pads! Yeah, the one is not a Lauchpad or moldy keyboard of a volcanic beat the DDD1 is a tank that seems able to eat punches. I love it.

OVERALL OPINION

It's been a few days that I have. I like the object, its massive old school side.

There's only a few sounds in, and add costs a blind, but beyond that ... As sequencer and extra controller, if you added all feasible thanks to trig and separate outputs bullshit, it gives a sturdy and fun toy. At a time when the app is able to do almost everything and or hardware becomes affordable through a fragile medium and finishes, it's good for a chopper box for cheap that transcends time without flinching.

It reassures me. A former anything.

Repeat this choice? I keep it so.

Super BAR especially if coupled with the sequencer SQD1 (same look) and 2.8 "disks.

UTILIZATION

The 12-bit sound for any price!
The pads are sensitive to violence keuponne, not the velocity of the fingers of a golden pianniste RENOWNED ))))
With a little distortion or a combo guitar saturates c is monstrous potato
grain of sound when you go up the pitch is daunting, it seems not even regular, long live the 12 bits!

SOUNDS

C is sometimes the least that can be more, funk, hip-hop, d'n'b, tekno punk and even with the imagination. By combining low kick + tom + side stick can be a super kick hardtekno, especially with a disto behind!
J had no card on it but I'd really like to hear another sound bank. Sampler with the card to enter the big kick in the 12 bits that must be fortissimo!
J had no tables, but that is what I would use the separate outputs gets off with a set of guitar pedals!

OVERALL OPINION

Top, c is the kind of stuff indestructible al opposes new groovebox! And to paraphrase the other, heavier is better c you can hit with tjrs if its not working!
