UTILIZATION

This bass guitar is very ergonomic and has a comfortable neck. The strings are rather high over the neck but the bass is very light and easy to handle.

The sound is good for the price. You can use it on stage or in the studio.

I compared it to the Epiphone version it isn't very different (the Epihone has another neck and perhaps the pickups are slightly different but the parts are the same).

SOUNDS

As I wrote before, the sound is good enough. It is excellent for Beatles-like pop rock songs and even better with a fuzz pedal.

OVERALL OPINION

I've been using this bass for about one year. I'm a drummer but I like to play bass and this bass guitar is exactly what I needed. It's nice, very cheap and it sounds ok.

I used it to play live on stage and record demo tapes and I can't complain.

I bought it secondhand.

The value for money is incredible.

I would definitely buy it again for its price and look. If you're not looking for a top-range instrument, this bass guitar will do the job!

UTILIZATION

Very enjoyable to play right out of box. Even with the strings of origin.
That said I think shooting them a little light, so I will change soon.
I quickly found a sound that I like.
The small size and light weight are significant.
The particular shape is not a problem to play seated.

Perfect for the guitarist seeking a record low for models or just have fun from time to time. Obviously it is not worth a real Höfner!

SOUNDS

The sound that interests me is that of ... Beatles!
A rounded tone, dull and accurate is easily obtained with the neck pickup alone and cutting the treble with the tone knob.
However we can also obtain treble to slap but then I'm not an expert and in my opinion this is not why we chose this bass.
In any case perfect for rock, pop, in particular, but also the blues or jazz.
By the way, I use a Fender Twin Reverb amp (sorry I am guitarist), but it sounds!

OVERALL OPINION

I for a month. I play in a group of sixties garage rock.
As a guitarist, I did not want to type a lower accuracy because of the length of the handle.
What I like most: lightness, space, sound, look and price!
What I like least:
- Putting the cash bulging cords high enough at the easel
- The absence of selector
- The lack of skid plate,
but these are small details that you get used easily.
In my opinion, the price / quality ratio is simply amazing!
This choice I would do without hesitation.

The handle is enjoyable, the string height adjustable.

Trs quality good value for money, but not age well trs.
We pay the lower of the beatles psychologically for 149 Thomann, but not its achte Hfner.
Fun with, but not with a professional recording brol same.

UTILIZATION

The handle is nice and because it is court I 've been able to get used to it very quickly (I'm guitarist).
With respect to the balance it pitches down if we do not take what can be tricky,
if its weight is reasonable. The access to treble is pretty average but it does not pose problems especially.

SOUNDS

So sound issue, and it sounds pretty good, after being guitarist I'm not very demanding on the sound of my bass but for me it is nickel. Of course it's not the sound HOFNER but this one is not so bad and I think pretty good. The sound is soft, metallic enough, there are quite sounds of the Beatles. I wanted a bass with that kind of sound and not one that crushes the audience with his very serious and Martell.

OVERALL OPINION

I am very satisfied and for fans of this kind of low I highly recommend the value for money is very good. after bass players for a full I suggest to start over or for people on a budget. Reminds some small details that we are still in a fairly average range. For my part I was not disappointed and I would do it again because this choice is a very good compromise for a budget like mine.
