Line 6 expands its wireless FX technology launched on the AMPLIFi series with the new Firehawk FX. This multi-effects communicates wirelessly with the Firehawk Remote app on iOS and Android to access more than 200 effect and amp models as well as preset edit and creation tools that can then be sent to the pedal.
The Firehawk FX offers vintage and modern amps, 50 HD models and the effect collection covers all your needs. Plus, Line 6 opened a Cloud on which you’ll find loads of additional presets.
The effects are then controlled via 10 footswitch with multicolor LED rings, including a Tap Tempo/Tuner and bank change. Other controls include a large Blend knob, a display and drive, FX, reverb and 3-band EQ knobs.
The Firehawk FX is equipped with a 1/4” guitar input, VDI input for the Variax guitars, XLR and 1/4” stereo outputs, stereo effect loop, headphone output, additional pedal input and a USB port for direct recording to PC, Mac or iOS.
The Line 6 Firehawk FX is expected this Spring for the suggested price of 449 €. More info at line6.com.
