Thread Scarlett 2i2 - running output from PC onboard soundcard into Scarlett

I have an application which works best with my PC onboard soundcard and won't work with the Scarlett. When I switch between this application (Rocksmith guitar program) and using my Scarlett, I have to dive under my desk and change the speaker cables from my PC onboard sound card to the Scarlett speaker outs. This is a pain.

Is there a way of running the output from my PC soundcard into the Scarlett so I don't have to manually keep switching the speaker cables around. Can I get stereo output from the soundcard into the Scarlett so that it will passthrough the signal to the speakers whilst the Scarlett is not the designated soundcard? For Rocksmith I have to use the onboard sound due to latency issues.
