I'm setting up my new PRO 24 for the first time... so far, so good.

Except I can't get it to recognize my midi controller. The signal's coming out of the controller to the MIDI in on the back of the PRO 24.

I don't see any references to MIDI on the MixControl.

Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I see the post now about the labelling being backwards.... still no MIDI signal when I move the cable from MIDI controller out to PRO 24 MIDI out.

Forgot to "enable" the MIDI device in Reaper. My bad.
