Thread Problems connecting Saffire Pro 40 to Windows 7

Hi,

I have the Saffire Pro 40 and tries to connect to my HP EliteBook 8760w with Firewire.
When I turn on the Saffire, it lights up both the lights, but after 3 seconds, the FW Active shuts down.
I have tried both the connections on the back.
I have checked that I have the lates 1394 driver.
(seems to be a jMicron OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller)

Please help me.
