Chorus / Vibrato analog stereo

UTILIZATION

Rate and Depht and choice vibrato / chorus.

SOUND QUALITY

The chorus engaged boosts volume but decreases the vibrato.
When I tried in the store seller me immediately
pointed out that the frequencies are also reduced outside
Bypass me it looks good. The sound with the effect becomes
more serious but it is very beautiful. In the store on a beautiful
3 monkeys amp at low volume I found the delightful sound and
good analog. Sounds rather serious, fairly close to the
memory boy. Sound much more natural and beautiful organic
as digital. The sound is really hot.
But on my amp at high volume (JCM900 and bugera v55hd)
the sound is too limited to saturate. Suddenly the boost
volume adds too much saturation; it is annoying when
rightly want a chorus to make the sound more clean.
In addition to the boost there something in the frequencies
seems hard to take for my amps.
What a pity there not have a level more .. Maybe try
to change ..
Less distortion in this gene and give some little things
beautiful, however I will not want to put on any
plans distortion ..

for me it does not suit me .. If you find yours
saturates too quickly clean this pedal may accentuate this phenomenon ..
Yet it is the most beautiful chorus pedal if there was not
this problem, if you like a fairly serious chorus.

OVERALL OPINION

4ou5 months.
I also have a mxr analog chorus. It sounds more acute in
and more fine and precise but slightly closer to a flanger,
and I find it less natural, like, hot. The Mxr does not allow me
to imitate the EHX malgrès eq but its level keeps me clean.
Got a great digital boss chorus, artificial, harley benton chorus,
just a little less good. Multi-effects: chorus interesting and sometimes
more malleable but nothing little imitate so hot clone theory and if
like. What a pity for me the problem of saturation ..

cf. above effects, one chorus / vibrato analog true bypass in the usual shell tank EHX. And the switch indestructible super noisy on activation normal.

SOUND QUALITY

This effect seems to be used very discreetly by all people who have filed a notice above. I've had two months, I use it only live and before it I had a digitech XP200 in the pedalboard (an excellent effect, very versatile, very original, but I did not need all its possibilities and it is big and operates only on a specific power supply).

UTILIZATION

Analog chorus and vibrato, with a stereo output.

UTILIZATION

From a usage point of view, is simple. The pedal has 3 modes:

-Chorus 1: It sets the level. Simple to set up, nice sound directly!
-Chorus 2: is adjusted by the depth and rate of the signal, I personally worked with this chorus. I can get a chorus with great depth, with a very low rate, it gives me a very discreet but essential! This is as easy to use!
-Vibrato: I is not!

-The stereo: a 2 amp unless it's pretty useless. on the other hand, connected to 2 amps, the output is stunning! The sound turns (depending on settings), we feel that there are ways to do something fun with, but ... is the stuff!

-Power supply: 9V battery or power supply.

Not need the book, everything is done fiddling.

SOUND QUALITY

This is exactly the sound I wanted.

Personal I use it in my effects loop on my Mesa Dual Rectifier mode distortion (vintage), it gives a great atmosphere in my sound, to start a piece, my chorus, wah and my big fat feedback!

OVERALL OPINION

It's been four months that I played with and I must say I am a fan of his that comes out of this pedal!

I have not tested other models because it seemed sturdy enough. The seller assured me the sound quality, and do not lie!

I bought this pedal € 120 in stores, the pedal is well worth the price!

Mono: ok. not bad. a little "thick", I think. For example (it should still give the test configuration in the opinion) between a Gibson ES 135 (P90 pickups) and an amplifier 12 W lamps Dupont Jazz 2, I found him (the chorus) effect "maelstrom" (you see ). Not clear. On electro-acoustics, is not far from being worse.

stereo: so far, nothing to see. this is where I find this pedal proves its worth (for me, eh). Except that I did not 2 amps and I needed to check what the sound of a direct entry into the console. So I tried with a folk electro-acoustic and it's also very very good. Super spatialization effect turning, really what I expect from a chorus. It reminds me, better, the chorus of old multi-effects BOSS SE-70.

OVERALL OPINION

I practice for several months. My home, I plug everything on the sound card, 2 input, stereo, space ... Considering the price, I care, I'll find to use it one day soon on an electro-acoustic or when I have 2 amps like Bill Frisell (na) and I look for a stereo sound on stage. But not in mono, no.
And especially not as vibrato!!
