French boutique manufacturer FX Amps has launched a new crowdfunding project on Ulule for its Heartbeat delay pedal for guitar.
Heartbeat combines switch clean delay and tape delay simulation. The repeat circuit is digital but the Tape mode and modulations are analog.
The stompbox features three switches for Clean/Tape modes, Modulation on/off and three time divisions, as well as Mix, Repeat and Time knobs and two footswitches for true bypass and Tap Tempo. Inside the box, FX Amps added two trimpots to adjust the amount of modulation and the tape condition (used or new).
The Heartbeat pedal is 9V DC powered.
You’ll find more information about Heartbeat at fr.ulule.com/fxamps-heartbeat/. Pricing starts at 219€ but low-budgets can also fund the project and receive goodies, cables and even the Bi-Boost stompbox.
