Metal case, robust enough.
Plastic knobs are too small for me with the double knob Verily impractical (the bottom).
UTILIZATION
The config is simple, you turn the knob and the sound changes.
Everything reacts fast enough.
No manual, you test your ear and told the rest ....
I saw on the net, made by Boss config for a particular sound. Hmm ...
SOUND QUALITY
I plug the pedal between a Laney VC15 and a rise in LP SD Alnico Pro 2.
Well it will not! Already, my sound is too synthetic, then we want to sound ultra heavy ... ok but that's just super mushy and it's hard to balance this thing with the treble too garish. In short it sounds fake everything.
So I try with my Lag equipped with microphones High Gain ... There is ouch ears.
A few days later I try again with an old Fender Telecaster micro reissu 62. Shit so it was not on top, but not too bad, less muddy bass (unless I said) a balance found anything.
In my opinion, avoid the high gain pickups and double coils and shovels mahogany.
It can work well on a strat to look at the Nirvana sound slightly boosted in low. Not too if we no longer distinguish anything.
OVERALL OPINION
I borrowed this trick for a test. For me it's wrong. In addition, considering the price of nine it would hurt me to buy it. Especially that for 100 € there are Blackstar ht DISTX tube. This is what I have, then necessarily I can be a bit difficult side distortion for good sound heavy but well defined.
