SOUNDS
Original Jazz sound. This is not a Gibson is a Hofner!
I had to search a bit to find a sound that suited me: it has huge bass I had to shave it all on the amp and setting the pick guard (ebony!)
I plugged into a Fender Hot Rod with a multi-purpose TC electronic G Major: I love my son!
I also made a stereo connection with the hot rod and a AER Compact 60: Magic!
I work my technique as a patient to be at the height of its magnificent.
OVERALL OPINION
I've had two months.
I tested all models arranged in Brock 'n' Roll to Nimes /: Peerles / Gretch / Ibanez etc. ... it surpasses all.
I played a Gibson 335 so far: I did almost touch ...
I bought the Hofner secondhand € 2,250 when it is sold new € 2899 At Thomann (They just raise prices).
A Gibson ES 175 is € 2,658 in Thom.
I do not regret my choice: I have a beautiful guitar with a perfect finish, the original sound, with an exceptional round: This is the alternative to the 175 it gives me the impression of not being like all the world ...
But € 2899 I think twice ...
