I use the APEX 435 last year to record the song in home studio with a MIC100 of Berinhger preamp I use in addition to a compressor and a reverb DBX266 Yamaha REV100.
The results are good, I have no particular worries, the recorded voice is clear, serious (baritone), and I get easily manage saturations.
Sensitivity is great, you can pick what you want, but the orientation of the microphone is essential for a good result.
I have a Shure SM58 for live and studio, there is no comparison.
The quality / price is right (€ 70 in store) and if I lose, I return to the same.

What can I say? I'm on the ass. For 69 euros, this microphone is a safe bet. It's frankly terrible to find this kind of value for money.

Used for several days so intense push to its limits.

I used durnt intensemment 2 months, but I like change so I opted for a t-bone has 450sc 100euros and I was very disappointed.
My apex 435 mic preamps + a 100 made it better than my t-bone 450sc Amp + presonus.
I wanted meillur material purchased, but the quality was not present.
So I urge the tip 435 because for me it is better now that T-bone 450.
In song I said, and this opinion is personal.
Obviously you must mix it behind but the final like the road.
Rappot the money is unbeatable since it is the cheapest of microphones.
It is somewhat paradoxical, but with the experience I would do not have that choice.

I use it for almost 2 months. T and I really bluff by microphone. Sound great! especially for classical guitar, no noise (be careful when even the neighbors ... it is so sensitive that it could save them
Seeing me the points are pushed to make this choice on the one hand the views and user reviews, and also report quality price. After having Pluch the web up and down, I dduit c'tait that the microphone that I needed. Looking back, well I do ENTSO absolutely not, the sound is really close to a quality "pro" and finally a budget affordable by all.

Prvoyez more when buying the microphone:
- An adapter for mounting on a microphone stand. The thread is not the same as that available on the standard foot, but if you ask in the music store ... they give in gnral.
- A cable (not supplied)
- A prampli with phantom power (and Voui if its not working). I use a sound card 122L Tascam US ... nickel it works!
- A pop filter if you want to record the song, if not all "P" will be catastrophic when the sound!! (At dpart I did not ... but by tinkering with a nylon tights ... you get exactly the same rsultat.)

Sensitive frequency range is very wide, very severe to acute at certain frequencies without holes.

The only mics I've tried before are the Shure SM58, a Studio Project B1, AKG SolidTube. Well APEX 435 is greater than the SM58 in the studio and it has little to envy in the studio project. Obviously, it does not heat SolidTube which earned him 900 euros.

I use it for a few days that I submitted to various tests against my previous static one MXL990 (which cost me almost double). The sound is much clearer (although it is the MXL not bad shot), but the voice, it takes a bit of treble.

For my tests, I used the instruments at hand:
- Djembe: the two are equal.
- Recorder Alto: I quickly forgot that the MXL microphone was discovering the great result of the Apex ...

I use it for 1 year and a half already in my home studio in Senegal.
I use it for rapping, singing and lots of acoustic instruments (guitar, kora, percussion, traditional instrument)
This is my first studio microphone.
I use a samson c valve preamp.
I find this mic very different depending on the vocals recorded.
Unpleasant to catch hip hop edgy but fun for choirs or female vocals.&nbsp;
Very sensitive microphone.
The + is for real&nbsp;acoustic&nbsp;instruments. &nbsp;I am very satisfied with its rendering with a traditional guitar or kora (ngoni khalam ...) is quite impressive for the price of this mic.
Even for Percussion by finding the proper placement and setting it gives good results very nice.
I give it 9 stars for the instrument but 6 for vocals.
At this price the AC is definitely worth a versatile mic, but to record vocals, I would advise other mics.
With experience, I'll buy this microphone for its low price but I regret my decision to purchase this for my vocal takes, I prefer to use my good old Shure SM58.

OVERALL OPINION

I used this microphone for less than 5 sound tracks taken.
It was my first static.
The dynamic is better than a SM58 or E830 but the frequency curve was not right for me, be it male or female voice. Hand mixing, it was simpler to leave a voice making the E630 with the apex 435.
That said, once the microphone is equalized, it passes and given the price (45 &euro; used), we will not cry. Anyway, the sm58 is in my opinion to be avoided, whether the home studio or live.
Since I went on a studio project c1 which, like the 435 brings out the whistling, but what a presence! In any case, it is 2x more expensive, ok, but I got it at 90 &euro; used for a microphone that is &nbsp;220 &euro; brand new.
To summarize, it is better to invest a little more because at 50 &euro; it was a microphone that you will waste a lot of time trying to catch up with its flaws.
I will not repeat this choice but I can understand that a young person starting out is captivated: There is the suspension (to buy) an antipop filter is class! And to have gear that we find beautiful, it is also important.

Yes, I tried the other condensers, Type B1 or MXL and AT2020.
