«  A reference in its price range! »

Electret microphone, oriented with the vocals but still versatile.

OVERALL OPINION

I use the Bluebird last 8 months, mainly for the vocals. I happened to also take a few photos with marimba and maracas.
Non-enclosed cabin for decision, I handled a corner of my home studio with acoustic foam and have a microphone with mic screen.
I already tested the low-end microphones style apex 435 and also high-end mics like Neumann TLM 103 / TLM 49 which allows me to have a fairly objective opinion on this microphone.
Her look is really devastating, but not as bling bling for sale! Performances are at the rendezvous and equal those of much more expensive microphones.
When one sees what is done in a price range of the bluebird and beyond (up to 500 euros or 600 times), it has really nothing to be ashamed! The sound that is captured is pure, the dynamics are respected and we do not feel color abusive on the catch resulting recordings.
I think that choice again without hesitation and if one day I want to buy a second mic I would opt for another brand blue microphones (the kiwi?)
