OVERALL OPINION

I just got it from Thomann.
First impression: beautiful beast. Aluminum in its beautiful setting, it throws. The serial number (1000 ex. Only) is engraved on the front of the microphone. In the pocket of the briefcase, there is a high quality cable VOVOX (length about 3 m I think) and a certificate signed by hand ... All recalls the exceptional product manufactured la mano ...

Good looks is one thing, but the sound then?

I plug in a Eureka (I expect a Mindprint DTC in a few days), activate the phantom power supply, and my singer began his vocals ...
Verdict: A sound of great clarity and low color Fidler. A standard prsence probably binds rponse excellent in the high of the microphone. Quite simply, the sound is placed immediately in the mix. It is not, nor misty veil.
Before I had a TB-1 (Studio Projects), very good mic indeed for the price!, Nice color but not Submitted in the high frequencies which gives an impression of a sound a bit off. In addition it is much less prcis.
La, no comparison with the Phantom everything is perfect now.

A word about whistling: trs prcis this microphone might be more sensitive than others to wheeze. But not d-essers, it would be a shame to alter the decision ... not have to play a little on the investment or the inclination.

I have the DTC for a week now and the couple Phantom / DTC is excellent while maintaining the brightness and the presence of paths taken with the Phantom, the DTC adds a beautiful color trs, especially playing the compressor / limiter lamp (simple but effective). Desangageant in the compressor and the powerful spell, you can also keep a very large neutrality with exceptional definition.
A rgal what, I advise this couple, but happiness.

OVERALL OPINION

I bought a pair with a mate soon 4 months ago and I immediately find a little more power ... In each dpart they taient dfrustrer me for the two U87 of eras that I wanted acqurir, but they rvls can be more interesting because of their extreme Fidler level dynamics. Unfortunately it is accompanied by a certain hardness in the upper grate to be learned.

When taken with stacks of Brauner, rather than stifle the mix of information, on the contrary he adds air (adpend the components on it).

I tried them in extreme circumstances trs (taken from children's voices in MJC) gain trs trs low to limit the huge expansion APRS repisse ... the mix, the report noise signal was aver simply amazing.
